The following cancellation policy applies to the CE course fee only. For the travel package cancellation policy, please contact FunTours (Sadaf Holidays) directly.
Deposit: A $300 CAD deposit is required to secure your registration.
Cancellation before August 10, 2026: You may cancel your registration. Please note that $150 CAD of your deposit is non-refundable; the remaining $150 CAD will be refunded.
Full payment deadline: To confirm your attendance, full payment must be received by August 10, 2026.
Refunds will not be issued for registrants who do not attend, regardless of reason for absence.
Registrations cannot be transferred to another individual.
To cancel your registration, please contact us using the information provided in your registration confirmation. Please allow 3–5 business days for any eligible refund to be processed.
Continuing Dental Education (University of Toronto) reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient registrations, instructor cancellation, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In the event of course cancellation, a full refund will be issued and registrants will be notified promptly.
