What is the Assessment of Clinical Judgment?
The ACJ is admittedly the most difficult exam of the NDEB’s Equivalency Process for foreign-trained dentists who are graduates of non-accredited dental programs. This written exam consists of 3 exam book (120-150 questions each; the mix of single-answer and multiple-answer multiple-choice questions and computer-based format). It tests students on how dentists must respond in real-life situations. It addresses several components including case-based diagnosis, clinical decision-making, treatment-planning as well as radiographic imaging interpretation.
