when after trauma the apex of the tooth is shorter comparing to the adjacent tooth and the incisal edge is also more apical than the adjacent tooth, the condition is lateral luxation

although it seems like extrusion when looking at the apex, but the incisal edge is shorter than the adjacent tooth and tooth is laterally luxated

the apical and incisal edge both are more apically than the adjacent tooth

in this X ray the tooth # 6.1 is intruded towards the permanent tooth

It is not intrusion, because in intrusion both incisal edge and apex of the tooth is more apical

here is an intrusion of the tooth # 5.1

Here is intrusion with uncomplicated crown fracture including only enamel and dentin

there is root fracture on tooth # 6.1

there is a crown fracture on tooth # 3.2

Lateral luxation on tooth # 1.1

Left angle fracture

) we have parasymphisis fracture on right  and sub condylar fracture and left mandible

there is angle fracture on right side , sub condylar fracture on left and root fracture on tooth # 4.8

there is condylar fracture on right side

the X ray shows intrusion in central incisors

Intrusion in tooth # 5.1

there is symphisis fracture, double condylar fracture, coronoid fracture.

when fracture line is close to the bone level and it is 3-4 mm bellow the CEJ it is a crown root fracture

the X ray shows lateral luxation on tooth # 2.1 and root fractures on teeth # 1.1 and 1.2
